For my Kerala trip, I was in touch with some other tour package providers also, but I never got comfortable with the itinerary that they gave me. I was travelling with parents, so my aim was to have a comfortable journey throughout. I heard about EKH through some friends. From pick up till drop - I never had to worry about anything. Driver was very polite and knowledgeable about the areas he showed us. Accommodation was very good and I could get the food I needed for parents who have health problems. Overall - it was a great journey and I and my parents (who lived all life in mountains) had a great time especially when they saw the sea/ocean for the first time! Frankly, it really helps when someone from Kerala and who knows Kerala in and out is actually planning your itinerary instead of someone sitting in a call center somewhere in Mumbai or Delhi.
